Pay range is $17.00 - $27.00/hour depending on experience. Responsible for the overall quality of printing jobs in addition to preventative care and maintenance to assigned equipment. Responsible for providing additional training to all crew members.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as Lead to printing crew.
- Supervises the entire crew including covering break times amongst crew.
- Provides guidance and training to 2nd Pressman and printing feeder positions.
- Ensures all printing work instructions with regard to tolerances are being followed.
- Review job jackets for job specifics including color specs, substraights, and quality alerts.
- Complete daily checklist.
- Complete production reports and hourly management reports.
- Able to monitor or adjust color control.
- Understanding of quality manual and work instructions for printing operations.
- Reports all food safety and quality problems to the Department Manager or Quality Team.

- 18+ years old
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
- Experience as a Printing Operator with Offset/Sheet Fed Presses.
- Experience in performing preventative maintenance with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Must be able to read and review all paper instructions and labeling requirements.
