About AJAC
The Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC) is a non-profit, state-funded aerospace and advanced manufacturing registered apprenticeship organization founded on the belief that mastery occurs on the job. Through apprenticeship preparation, and registered apprenticeships for youth and adults, all people have the opportunity to earn competitive wages, find meaningful work and pursue lifelong learning. AJAC currently serves 250 employers and nearly 350 apprentices across eight high-demand occupations in Washington State. AJAC offers a suite of career and educational pathway programs to better develop and grow a skilled workforce for the aerospace and advanced manufacturing industries. These programs are driven by employer need, based on industry demand and future needs as technology drives new, innovative products. AJAC is proud to partner with many community organizations across Washington that help increase access to the state’s robust aerospace and advanced manufacturing industries.
